About Susannah Jones-Hocmuth

Suz is really excited for her service year with ESC! She is a proud native Marylander from the Eastern Shore, and loves doing outdoor activities. Kayaking, hiking, camping are all on her list of favorite hobbies! Suz recently graduated from UMBC (University of Maryland, Baltimore County) with a degree in Environmental Studies and Gender and Women's Studies with a minor in Music. At home in Salisbury, Maryland, she has two lovely parents, a lovely sister, and a fantastic fiancé! As a lifelong Episcopalian, she believes we are called by God to strive for justice and peace and to respect the dignity of every human being. This is what she is passionate about spreading in the world. She is ready to get started!
